Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Property Rules
By choosing to stay with us, you are agreeing to the following:
- Minimize noise from 10pm to 7am. No parties or events on the premises.
- No Smoking or vaping, including e-cigarettes, inside the condo or on the patios. Ground level smoking areas available.
- No Pets. Any evidence of pet occupation, including service animals not previously disclosed, will result in additional fees.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 people. This includes any guests using the pool or onsite amenities.
- Check In: 4pm. Check out: 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are accommodated as the schedule allows and may incur additional fees.
- No parking trailers or boats on the premises. Boat docking is for residents only.
- Follow the Pool and Dock rules found in the House Manual upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool and dock areas.
